At the Better Bennington Corporation (BBC), we’re committed to keeping it vibrant and engaging. Our annual events are designed to be free, family- and community-friendly, accessible, and full of joy.

Many festival-goers return to Downtown Bennington as regular visitors for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Thanks to the dedication of our staff, board, volunteers, and sponsors, we bring these events to life:

• MayFest and Harvest Fest – Each draws over 7,500 people in a single day, celebrating the best of Downtown Bennington.

• Hemmings & Thursday Night Live – In partnership with Hemmings Motor News, we combine live music, classic cars, and lively entertainment.

• ArtsFest – Produced by our Downtown Design Committee, this event highlights public art with an opening reception and hands-on art activities.

• Small Business Saturday – While a nationwide celebration, in Bennington we make it extra special with wagons, activities, free chocolate, and a community-wide celebration.

• Beans and Bagels – A regular networking opportunity for Downtown business owners and representatives to connect, share updates, and collaborate in a casual setting.
